Recently I visited a sixth generational farmer, Richard Cobbledick, at his Uraidla property. Richard and his wife Tara are hoping their children Ella and Jake will become the seventh generation to farm their property but are acutely aware of the difficulties of modern-day farming. Government take note! We can’t afford to lose local producers.
