BP scales back climate targets as profits hit record

Profits always come first for fossil fuel companies.

Even in a climate & cost of living crisis, BP have pocketed $28 billion in profits and are throwing in the towel on their already weak climate action.

We can’t keep appealing to coal, oil & gas corproations to do better. We need to make them.

If we tax their profits we can use that money to ease the cost of living with free childcare and putting dental & mental healthcare into Medicare.
