Prisons harm and never help young people.
It’s disappointing that QLD Labor voted with the Liberal National Party & One Nation to keep children as young as 10 locked up.
Around 85% of children aged 10-13 in Queensland prisons are First Nations.
We don’t need to wait for a referendum to stop locking up kids.
