Last year @futurewomen asked me what I was "too much" of. I had lots of ideas from my friends, family and team. Too earnest, too pernickety…
I ended up settling on too nerdy - because I really am a massive nerd.
I loved chatting to Bri to reflect on what I learnt during some of my career changes and why it's so important to play to your strengths at work. I'm excited to listen to the rest of this season (the guests I've heard about are amazing!) and if you've got some time, there are plenty of old episodes with intelligent women like @chanelc, @tamepunk and @suigenerisjen.
