On Monday 26th January at 5:30am, @waverleycouncil will host its annual Dawn Reflection and all the community is invited.
This is a morning to acknowledge the resilience and survival of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and their ongoing connection to country - land, sea and sky. It’s a moment to reflect on the meaning of this day to our First Nations community, and our whole country.
I really encourage anyone who is available to attend. It is an opportunity to understand the country we live in just a little bit better.
