More TAFE and university places

A Labor Government will invest in 465,000 free TAFE places and create up to 20,000 new university places to address Australia’s demand for skilled workers.
Today I’m at Newcastle University with Tanya Plibersek and Emma McBride to talk about Labor’s plan for TAFE and Uni.
A Labor Government will fund 20,000 additional university places and make TAFE free for courses with skills shortages.
Higher education is the best opportunity our young people can have, I’ll make sure everyone has access to it.
