
Asia-Pacific Summit to Boost WA Tourism
Western Australia’s first ever Asia Pacific Hotel Industry Conference and Exhibition (AHICE) Social has kicked off at Crown Perth, bringing together high-profile delegates from the hotel and tourism investment sector.
The summit will connect more than 150 leading investors, developers, operators and financiers from across Australia and the world with government and industry to promote tourism investment opportunities in WA.
Supported by the Cook Government, through Tourism WA, Tourism Minister Reece Whitby will attend the important event to discuss the benefits of investing in WA and the strength of the State’s tourism sector.
Forming part of the broader AHICE Social program, the region’s leading hotel investment and operations conference, AHICE Social plays a key role in elevating WA’s profile as a premium tourism destination and attracting private capital investment.
Hosting the event supports the Cook Government’s economic diversification strategy to focus on driving tourism investment attraction which aims to encourage development of new accommodation, attractions and experiences that enhance the State’s appeal to visitors.
