Pine Gap – 50 Years of Protest (photo montage)
Over the years there have been many famous protests at Pine Gap, the US military base in Alice Springs. Lee was one of the organisers of the 1983 two week women’s only action that brought about 800 women to the gates of the base. This year for the 50th anniversary of the base’s estalishment, Lee is in Pine Gap for the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network conference. Here are some photos from her presentation.
