Australians affected by the devastating South-Eastern Australian floods can now access disaster assistance payments through @ServicesAustralia.
The one-off, non-means tested Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment is available to people in 5 Victorian LGAs and 3 Tasmanian LGAs.
Disaster Recovery Allowance (DRA) is available if you experience a loss of income because of floods. This 13-week taxable payment is also available to people in a number of Local Government Areas (LGAs) across Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales.
