Meet Trish Cook, Labor’s new member for Bullwinkel. Trish is a local nurse, Mundaring councillor, and Hills resident for almost 20 years.
Having raised her family locally, Trish understands the pressures of balancing the household budget. Trish’s career in nursing has given her experience working in both remote and local hospitals and clinics. This means she has seen first-hand how vital Medicare is in providing health services across WA.
Trish is an active community volunteer, leading the charge for the development of skateparks and community gardens to improve amenity and social spaces for residents. As the Deputy Shire President of Mundaring and councillor for seven years, she has experience in delivering for her community.
