Prior to her election as the Member for Lilley, Anika Wells MP worked as a lawyer for people injured at work or on the road.
Anika ran for Parliament to be a voice for local working families and our northside community in Canberra.
As a mother she understands the pressures of raising a family, from paying the bills to managing childcare to the value of good secure jobs.
We welcome her appointment to the Ministry.
