The Albanese Labor Government is investing $8.5 million to support those with a lived experience of mental health to shape the policies and programs that affect them.
This includes a $7.5 million investment to establish and operate two new independent national mental health lived-experience peak bodies: One for people with mental ill-health, and the other for their carers, family and kin.
