Opicapone treats Parkinson’s disease by helping other medications work better and for longer. Without subsidy patients would pay $1,800 a year for Opicapone, so we’ve added it to the PBS.
And because of the Albanese Labor Government’s cheaper medicines policy, it’ll now cost just $30 per script, or $7.30 with a concession card.
