Weather Situation:
A monsoon trough combines with a very humid atmosphere to produce isolated severe thunderstorms with heavy rainfall over parts of the Northern Territory today.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Borroloola and Timber Creek.
63 mm was recorded in 40 minutes to 10:02am.
The Northern Territory Emergency Service advises that people should:
