😫 During a cost-of-living crisis, the Federal Government wants to increase the price of fuel for heavy vehicles including transport companies by 9c per litre through the road user charge. 🚛
That’s revenue raised to produce report after report after report, to tell us where we might need to widen a road. 🚧
Cut the reports, to cut the costs to everyday Australians.
Because if you think the increase in fuel won’t be passed on from the transport companies, to producers, to supermarkets and therefore the consumer… you believe in the tooth fairy! 🧚♀️
