Canada, Alberta Boost High-Speed Internet Access

On January 30, 2026, the Honourable Buckley Belanger, Secretary of State for Rural Development, together with the Honourable Nate Glubish, Minister of Technology and Innovation of Alberta, announced funding to bring high-speed Internet access to communities in Alberta.

This funding is part of an existing agreement between the federal and provincial governments. The following communities will benefit from improved Internet speeds thanks to a project funded by the Government of Canada:
