More than a year ago I stood with Thomas Emerson and business owners calling on the ACT & Fed govts to provide more support to civic businesses impacted by light rail construction.
What's been happening isn't good enough.
Last year the High Court ruled against Transport NSW finding the NSW govt didn't do enough to minimise impact on light rail construction in that state.
This should serve as a warning to ACT - they should step in and do more now.
