We all know our housing system is broken.
I've been pushing hard for years for reform to property tax concessions including CGT on investment properties, so this discussion is welcome.
Senator Lambie and I had costings done that could save billions and use CGT reform to incentivise new supply.
Govt needs to act and start treating housing more as a human right than an investment vehicle.
