I was recently invited to the Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre in Wangaratta to tour the facilities, hear from staff about the wonderful work they do, and also discuss the obstacles the sector is
currently facing.Long waitlists, staffing shortages, and the need for better pay were all up for discussion.
