I’m delighted the Elyne Mitchell Photo Story Award competition is back in 2023!
Held in conjunction with The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival Art & Photography Exhibition, this is a chance to share your story of our beautiful region and the world around you through your original photographic work.
Find an image to inspire your writing or alternatively, pick up your camera and go and find your inspiration.

Elyne Mitchell was a keen amateur photographer who on occasion used her own images to illustrate her work.
Later these photographs became a source of reference and inspiration for her writing.
The winning entries will be revealed at the Corryong Memorial Hall, from the 13th to 16th April. Make sure to head down and see the magnificent exhibitions and the fabulous bush festival.
