Many of you may know that my first job here in the North East a very long time ago was as matron of the Chiltern Bush Nursing Hospital.
It was very special to drop in yesterday and have a tour with Maree Murphy, swapping stories of then and now. There’s so many memories and much history inside these walls.
A lot has changed but there’s no doubt this is still a fantastic community asset, now used by Indigo North Health and Chiltern Neighbourhood House. Thanks so much for having me – it was a trip down memory lane, but also a chance to see what great things are going on in our community every day.
