Now this is an infrastructure proposal I can get behind!
I recently visited St Mary’s Primary School Mansfield and attended an SRC meeting, where the top agenda item was the upgrade of the playground.
Following negotiations with the parents and friends association, it was agreed that funds raised this year will go towards a new climbing wall as the first stage.What a great outcome and a fantastic example of advocacy and representation. Some adults (and politicians!) could learn a lot from watching these kids in action!
