St John’s Primary School in Euroa celebrated their 100th (+1) birthday today!
The school was opened in 1921, but the celebration of the centenary was delayed due to the pandemic.
It was a delight speaking to former and current staff, students, parents and the Sisters of Mercy nuns and great to see so many smiling faces enjoying the sunshine.
Thank you to Principal Therese Stewart and Bishop Shane Mackinlay for inviting me to be part of the day.
