Inmate Recaptured From Archambault Minimum Security
At approximately 7:45 a.m. on July 25, 2025, inmate Lory Bill Germa was apprehended by the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).
This inmate had been unlawfully at large from the minimum-security unit at Archambault Institution, since July 5, 2025.
The Correctional Service of Canada is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
