A Matt Guy Liberals and Nationals Government will reprioritise $60 million from Labor’s $35 billion Cheltenham to Box Hill rail line into redevelopment of Mansfield District Hospital.
The upgrade will include a 25 bed hospital, 4 day bed procedure units, theatre complex, 3 chair haemodialysis units, 5 bay urgent care centre, maternity unit.
This will mean locals can rest assured knowing that when their time of need comes, their local hospital will be best equipped to care for and support them well into recovery.
