Melbourne’s suburbs are growing, and our public transport system must grow with it.
Extending the Frankston rail line to Baxter, and giving thousands of residents better, faster train services forms a major part of our plan.
The project will electrify and duplicate the existing Stony Point line between Frankston and Baxter with:
New stations at Langwarrin and the Frankston East medical and education precinct.
Upgraded stations at Frankston and Baxter.
Six level crossing removals between Frankston and Baxter.
We will deliver it over the next four years if elected on November 26.
