Medical Advisory Panel Tender Now Open

Medical Advisory Panel Tender Now Open

WorkCover Queensland invites all medical and allied health professionals to apply to be part of a new panel supplying services to injured workers across the state.

The Medical and Allied Health Advisory Services (MAHS) panel will come into effect from Monday, 1 July, with the intent to establish a multi-year Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA).

The new MAHS panel replaces the existing Independent Medical Examination (IME) and Medical and Allied Health Advisory (MAHP) panels, which both expire on 30 June, 2025.

Tender process

The new panel will be established through an open tender, now available through VendorPanel, the Queensland Government’s new procurement platform.

Current providers on the IME and MAHP panels must reapply as part of this tender to ensure they are considered for the new MAHS.

To apply for the new MAHS panel and for full details, including key dates and selection criteria, visit the tender webpage.

The tender offers must be lodged by 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on 22 April, 2025.

Additional information about VendorPanel

Recently, the Queensland Government transitioned to VendorPanel from QTenders as their tender advertising platform.

All public tenders will continue to be advertised on the QTenders site, however you will need to register your business for free with VendorPanel to access tender documents and respond to tenders.
