The Minns Labor Government has established a Pre-sale Finance Guarantee to help speed up the delivery of housing across the state.
As part of this program, we’re delivering over 225 new apartments, including 59 affordable homes, in the new Rozelle Village revamp on the former Balmain Leagues Club site. The development also includes retail spaces, community facilities and a public plaza.
This is about delivering more supply, more choice, and more affordability for housing in NSW.
