Parramatta Service Centre Site Change
The new service centre is just 350 metres from the previous site at 2-12 Macquarie St, Parramatta.
Parramatta Service Centre Manager Dawn Green said they were excited to welcome customers into a modern space designed to make accessing government services easier.
“We’re thrilled that customers can now visit us in a brand new service centre designed with their needs front of mind,” Ms Green said.
“The service centre’s contemporary layout and upgraded facilities, such as self-check-in kiosks, mean locals will find it even easier to access support, payments and services.
“Centrelink customers who like certainty around the time they can speak with a staff member face-to-face or over the phone can call their regular payment line to book an appointment at the Parramatta Service Centre.
“Digital coaching and bring your own device options are also on offer for those looking for extra support to access our online services.
“Customers interested in digital coaching can arrange a session by calling their regular Centrelink payment line or service centre staff can book them in.
“I encourage people to take these sessions up. They’re offered at no cost and our staff can help people with their specific needs – from how to set up a digital account to particular online tasks.”
Public transport options are available, with bus route 700, 705, 708, and 711 stopping within 200m of the service centre. Public parking is also nearby.
The new service centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
