Labor has abolished the Australian Building watchdog....

Peter Dutton

Labor has abolished the Australian Building watchdog.

It’s record was exemplary.

It cracked down on union intimidation, thuggery and criminal behaviour – especially the harassment and abuse of women.

The government’s shutdown of the watchdog gives a green light for this type of behaviour to return on our worksites.

It’ll also see economic activity decline by an estimated $47.5 billion by 2030.

In Opposition, we will do what we can to hold them to account and to limit that damage.

Thanks Master Builders Australia for the opportunity to speak at your National Leaders’ Summit.
