Shout out to all the wonderful students and parents from East Brisbane State School P & C Association who are protesting to save their school (and making excellent signs 🍍)
Without any community consultation, the Qld Labor Government plans to knock down and rebuild the Gabba stadium for the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games - potentially wiping out the only primary school in this neighbourhood and ruining Raymond Park.
The rebuild of the stadium will cost $2.5 billion - funding that would be better spent on supporting our local schools like this one 💪
