Today is Ash Wednesday, it marks the beginning of Lent, which is the 40 day Christian season before Easter, it is a time of prayer and repentance. It reflects Jesus fasting in the wilderness and invites believers to turn away from sin, draw closer to God, and prepare their hearts for the Resurrection.
