Good things come to those who wait! Today we turned the first sod for the Mt Barker Regional Aquatic Centre. I will be forever grateful to the former Federal Government for listening to me and allocating $15M
to the project, to the current Federal Government for honouring that commitment and to Dan Cregan – Member for Kavel for obtaining $7M in State Govt funding. Our community fought so hard for this and today it is a reality! Clare Scriven MLC Mayor David Leach Mt Barker Council
