It’s School Holidays, and there are few better ways to see our beautiful region than on Mayo’s very own Steamranger. Run entirely by volunteers, including the only fully-qualified locomotive restorer trained since 1960(!), the Steamranger operates services from Mt Barker to Victor Harbor and the Bugle Ranges as well as its famous Cockle Train service between Goolwa and Victor Harbor.
