Today on Valentine’s Day I asked the Australian Government to have a heart when it comes to visas for Afghan women in peril.
I hosted a bipartisan event highlighting the plight of Afghan women, which was attended by Members of the Government, Opposition and Crossbench. This issue is too important for party politics.
