Resource management transparency and reporting regulations: have your say

We are consulting on proposed amendments to the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011 (RMA Regulations). The proposed changes are to the data management and reporting provisions.

The proposed changes are to ensure the data management and reporting provisions:

• are brought up to date and remain fit for purpose
• reflect community expectations for increased transparency in offshore resources management
• allow for enhanced understanding of offshore resources.
