South Australian Liberal Party
For too long, schools and preschools across South Australia have been forced to make do with ageing, overcrowded and deteriorating buildings.
A Hurn Liberal Government will invest $120 million in targeted infrastructure upgrades and maintenance (tripling Labor's commitment) to address long-standing backlogs and take pressure off school budgets.
This funding will focus on the basics that matter: fixing leaking roofs, upgrading toilets, improving air conditioning, refreshing classrooms and delivering safer outdoor spaces.
Every child deserves to learn in a school that supports modern education, not one that should have been upgraded decades ago.
