🚧 Thousands of people who use the Traralgon-Maffra Road in Gippsland each day will benefit from a new reinforced concrete bridge over Rainbow Creek, replacing the original 1947 timber structure.

Supported by $5 million from the Albanese Government under the Safer Local Roads and Infrastructure Program, the project will improve safety and reliability for drivers, freight operators and V/Line coaches along this vital local connection. πŸš—πŸšš

The new bridge will be built to the west of the existing structure to minimise traffic disruption, with construction expected to be completed in late 2026.
