The Malinauskas Labor Government is expanding the Lyell McEwin Hospital to support the needs of our community.
✔️we are growing the ED capacity from 53 to 76 treatment spaces by the end of the year
✔️we have opened another renal ward, increasing the capacity of dialysis chairs from 12 to 21
✔️we are also starting construction next month to deliver on our commitment for 48 more beds at the Lyell McEwin
