Today is International Firefighters Day – a time to recognise and thank our firies for their service, sacrifice and dedication.

Szakacs MP marked the day with a special rededication of the grave of Firefighter Herbert Hedger. Herb died as a result of injuries sustained a a factory fire in 1914.
