In an effort to reduce SA’s soaring road toll, the Liberal Party wants
to reward provisional drivers who achieve 3 years of offence-free driving by covering the cost of a full licence renewal for the following year.If successful, the incentive scheme could be expanded to other cohorts of motorists.
