Tasmania continued to lag the nation in delivering health services, according to the Productivity Commission's new Report on Government Services. There are problems right across our health system - from wait times for ambulances and to be seen in emergency, to mental health and dental care.
The Rockliff Government needs to make ambitious action on health infrastructure and staffing a top priority. A strong health system for Tasmanians is far more important than building another stadium.
