First Nations communities have rights under existing environmental laws when corporations like Santos try to mine on their lands and sea country.
Those laws need to be strengthened & improved.
instead, Labor are moving to take those rights away by bypassing them and our environment laws completely in order to fast-track approval for new offshore gas projects.
Labor should be listening to First Nations communities. Not doing the bidding of big gas corporations like Santos.
