We’re please that the Government’s Industrial Relations Bill has taken this on. This is what can be achieved when we work together.
We remain concerned about loopholes in the legislation that could allow workers to remain on repeated short term contracts – a problem rife in aged care and university sector, particularly.
We’ll keep pushing to close these loopholes for when the vote comes to the Senate.
