Thousands of Tasmanians turned up on Saturday to tell the Premier and the PM that they want housing & healthcare – not a stadium. People are living in tents. Families are struggling to put food on the table. They’re tired of the distractions, tired of the delays. But instead Labor are choosing to keep people in poverty, make no meaningful change for renters, and gamble money on the stock market instead of guaranteeing the building of genuinely affordable homes. We need to freeze rental increases and build affordable homes – now 🏡 Everyone deserves a safe roof over their head.
