We need to freeze rental increases for 2 years, in order to let wages catch-up. Rent increases are the highest they’ve been in 14 years. Families are living out of cars, and people are struggling to keep a roof over their heads. Enough. It’s time to take action. Everyone deserves a safe place to live.🏡
