This so called “anti hate” bill is a full blown dismantling of basic freedoms. It criminalises speech, thought, association and symbolism.
It lets the government ban groups without due process, jail people for who they associate with, reverse the burden of proof, and spy on citizens for their beliefs.
It punishes IDEAS not actions. This bill should terrify anyone who values freedom.
PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GO TO PRISON FOR THEIR THOUGHTS.
The Liberal Party has supported its passage through the Lower House. These people are commies.
