It’s time to Say Yes to CDS
The Greens have been campaigning for a container deposit scheme in Victoria for a decade. In that time, every other mainland state in Australia has introduced or committed to a scheme.
We’ve reached a crisis point with plastic pollution and we must take action now. I have introduced a bill to Parliament because I know that container deposit schemes are proven, cost-effective and create jobs.
