PSOs capsicum spray passenger at Broadmeadows Train Station – Cam18
On Christmas Eve 2012 Protective Services Officers deployed capsicum spray in an altercation with a passenger. Greg Barber MLC has obtained the raw footage through Freedom of Information and is releasing this into the public domain.
