PSOs capsicum spray passenger at Broadmeadows Train Station – Cam4
On Christmas Eve 2012 Protective Services Officers deployed capsicum spray in an altercation with a passenger. Greg Barber MLC has obtained the raw footage, pixellated to protect personal privacy, and is releasing this into the public domain.
